Use of District Facilites

- MUST be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled event.
- Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee use of a District facility and that no facility is considered "reserved" until a contract is finalized with all signatures completed. However, District events always take precedence; therefore, all contracts are subject to cancellation.
*The district reserves the right to require a deposit prior to finalizing a contract.*
