Fall sports are just around the corner (August 11th, 2025 is 1st day for the fall) and the new SHIF Clinic at Alton High School is a great place to get a physical completed. Call for an appointment and the clinic will be open July 28th, July 29th, August 4th, August 5th, August 11th & August 12th from 8:30 am - 3:30pm. Can call clinic at 618-208-8574.

All minors need a consent to treat minor children from completed. Students can bring the form with them to receive a physical without a parent present. Insurance will be billed if needed, but no one will be turned away.
