Our Mission

The mission of the Alton School District is to prepare our students with college, career and citizenship skills through a safe and progressive learning environment.

Online Registration for current Kindergarten through 7th grade students is now open for the 2018-2019 school year!  Click on the button below to begin.

You will need your log in ID and password to your Family Web Access account.  If you are unsure of your Skyward Family Web Access login credentials please call your child's school during normal school hours.
*Online Registration is only available for students entering 1st through 8th grade.

Will your child be 5 on or before September 1, 2018?

2018 Kindergarten

Enrollment and Registration

Our schools are welcoming new Kindergarten students for a visit during enrollment. This year families will be able to completely enroll and register in one stop, eliminating the need to wait in line at the central District registration in July at Alton High School.
*Please call 618-433-7827 if you are unsure of your child’s school as determined by your address.

If you are unable to attend the date at your child’s school, you may enroll on one of the other dates. Be sure to bring your child because all entering Kindergarten students will
take a Pre-K assessment.

Illinois Central Bus Company will also be providing bus orientation and short bus rides at each school.
